Myoko House is a small ski lodge located in Niigata, Japan. This project began prior to the opening of Myoko Apartments, so the original design incorporated Myoko House itself. The client then decided to simplify the design in order for it to be applicable to both properties.

/What’s with the horse?

The client wanted to feature something that was unique to Myoko - once the snow begins to fall, a leaping horse can often be seen on the face of Mt Myoko.
