Shoku Izakaya is a casual Izakaya (Japanese pub) in Banff, serving Japanese & Pan-Asian dishes, as well as some of the best cocktails in town.

I was given complete freedom to redesign the drink menu to fit their new leather menu booklets, and took inspiration from some of the fun Japanese knick knacks that live behind the bar amongst the spirits.
